MONSTERA

MONSTERA is an energetic sextet playing dancefloor jazz, led by trumpeter and composer Ola Lømo Ellingsen. They blend club music, drum’n bass, improvisation, and catchy melodies in creative ways. In 2023, they released their self-titled debut album, and in November 2025 their second album, Monstera Vol. 2, was released on Fjordgata Records. The band consists of a group of musicians who have firmly begun to make their mark on the Norwegian jazz scene.
